Retail Sales Associate responsibilities are:

Customer Experience & Sales

• Provide a warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable experience for customers.
• Assist customers in finding unique vintage pieces that align with their personal style.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Store Presentation & Merchandising

• Ensure the store is always beautifully presented and stocked.
• Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing retail space.
• Assist in visual merchandising and styling displays.

Inventory & Product Knowledge

• Keep up-to-date with new arrivals and product history.
• Maintain an awareness of stock levels and assist with inventory management.

Retail Sales Associate requirements are:

• Experience as a Sales Associate 
• Effective communication skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
